Originating from Salford, Manchester (UK) - Sophie Labrey is an accomplished musician with over 15 years of professional experience and extensive touring within the music industry. As a drummer and guitarist, Sophie has played hundreds of shows across multiple countries, sharing the stage with artists including Beatsteaks, Die Toten Hosen, The Fall, Faith no More, Peter Hook (Joy Division), The Ruts DC, Foals, The Buzzcocks, NoFunAtAll, The Specials, Two Gallants ~ just to name a few ~ and featured on recordings with Mark.E.Smith (The Fall), Shoshin (UK), DKSBE (Beatsteaks), Blaney (ex-Fall), and many more.

Performance experience also includes numerous studio recording sessions, plus live studio/radio performances on the BBC, RadioEins, Fritz Radio & more.
Alongside her experience as a live performer, Sophie is also an active songwriter and has composed tracks for, and collaborated with various artists; she currently plays live with Das Kate Schellenbach Experiment! and NinaMarie (Beatsteaks/Turbostaat).
